Carrie has been part of Redress Raleigh since it began in 2008. A proud N.C. native, she was eager to be part of a team that encouraged local innovation with a global attitude. Redress was a perfect fit, and Carrie became the team’s graphic designer before the first fashion show in 2009.
After studying at N.C. State’s College of Design, Carrie worked briefly with the Boston Children’s Museum and Boston Museum of Science before returning to Raleigh as a freelance designer. She's currently on the Environmental Protection Agency’s communications staff as a web content manager and part-time editor. During off-hours, Carrie is involved with Tilted Nations—a local group that inspires young women to take interest in activism and social justice.
