Kimberly Ring
Kimberly Ring put her creative talents into apparel design and the Fashion and Textile Design program at the College of Textiles after making her first dress for prom with no experience, her own pattern, and a vintage 70-year-old machine two years ago. Ever since, she has been expanding her talents into various shows and competitions. Current inspirations include swallow birds, wastereducing sustainable patterns, and geometry found in nature.

Ford Bowden
Studying Fashion and Textile Design at NCSU, Ford Bowden discovered his love for fibers and their tactile properties. Through his education and participation in competitions, he plans to explore a vast array of sustainable design and production methods to reduce the carbon footprint of the textile industry. Current inspirations include Asian culture, contemporary art, and the elegant nature of
circles.
