2012 Revolutionize Fashion Sponsors

Raleigh Downtowner Magazine is a locally-owned and operated monthly focusing on downtown Raleigh and the surrounding areas. Each issue features articles on dining, entertainment, fashion, wine, business, events, music, arts and culture, Raleigh history, and much more. Their 70,000+ monthly readers live and work all around the Triangle, and enjoy visiting downtown Raleigh on a regular basis. They are deeply involved in their community and donate over $75,000 in advertising each year to charities and non-profit organizations. They are the only monthly publication in the area with a 100% pickup rate and are in the process of launching the Durham Downtowner.

 

WKNC 88.1 FM is student-run non-commercial radio from N.C. State University that prides itself on our alternative programming of indie rock, electronic, metal and underground hip-hop and have been consistently named among the best in the Triangle by Independent Weekly. Boasting 25,000 watts, WKNC can be heard throughout the Triangle and far beyond via their webcast. Their aim is to provide NCSU students with the knowledge needed for a career in the broadcast industry and listeners with music that doesn't suck.

Escazu artisan chocolates is a company featuring bean to bar artisan and handcrafted chocolates. Their retail store is located in downtown Raleigh and features a gorgeous variety of confections and delicious chocolate bars. They have been voted Best Chocolate Confection by the Independent Weekly readers in 2010 and 2011, and won a Good Food award in 2012. YUM!

 

Cat Banjo is a locally owned jewelry and clothing boutique in Cameron Village.  Owner Debbi Cochran creates most of the one-of-a-kind jewelry sold in the store.  Other local and independent artists are represented in the mix of accessories, clothing, and giftwear.  In addition to their unique finds, Cat Banjo runs ARF, a small dog rescue that works with other local rescue groups to help rescue lost or unwanted pets from shelters and help them find forever homes.
