Redress Raleigh 2010: Reaches New Heights

The second annual show of Redress Raleigh (John covered last year’s show) was hosted this past Saturday, April 17 at Flanders Gallery on West Street. 15 designers were chosen this year to showcase their creativity in fashion through eco-conscious clothing. John Morris and I attended and stood up close to enjoy this rising movement in local Raleigh fashion.

Redress Raleigh: Not just fashion as usual

Green, sustainable fashion is so hot right now. But residents of the Triangle don’t have to jet to New York or Los Angeles to see it (which is good, since the goal is to reduce the carbon footprint). This weekend, they can head into downtown Raleigh to see local eco-friendly fashion.

The Revolution Coture Fashion Show

On December 4th, three fashion designers showcased work as a part of the Revolution Couture Fashion Show at Pullen Memorial Baptist Church. The event was a fundraising effort for both MorLove and the upcoming Redress Raleigh show in the Spring. More on Goodnight Raleigh

Technician: Eco-friendly show will benefit alumna's organization

This spring's Redress Raleigh proceeds will be donated to MorLove, an organization that helps orphans
